How does the process of creating a custom profile work?
Our collaborative process starts by listening to your needs. This is followed by the development of a technical drawing by our R&D office, the internal creation of the die (mold), the prototyping and testing phase, and finally, the final production, which can be managed for both small batches and large volumes.
What plastic materials do you use for lighting profiles?
We use a wide range of high-performance technopolymers. The most common are Polycarbonate (PC), for its excellent impact and heat resistance, and Acrylic (PMMA), for its unbeatable transparency and UV resistance. We also develop special compounds to meet specific regulations, such as UL94 flame resistance.
